Founder, Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer

Larry is our founder and has served as our director, chairman and chief executive officer since our inception in 2006. Prior to founding our company, among others, Larry served as the general manager of a vocational education and online education company, New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU and SEHK: 9901), from 2002 to 2006. Larry received his MBA degree from Yale University in 2002 and his bachelor’s degree in mechanical manufacturing from Beijing Union University in 1994.

President
Iman has served as our president since August 2022. Prior to joining us, Iman held the position as the Vice President of Retail Sales of Abbyson Living from 2006 to 2022. He received a PhD in Organizational Psychology at University of Phoenix in 2014 and has completed Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School in 2023. Currently, Iman is an esteemed member of the Forbes Technology Council and serves as an adjunct professor at the American Military University.
Erica Wei

Chief Financial Officer

Erica has been serving as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2025, after serving as interim Chief Financial Officer since August 2024. She joined the company in August 2023 as the Vice President of Finance. Previously, Erica spent nearly a decade at PwC in Los Angeles, where she advanced through roles of increasing responsibility to Senior Manager in the firm's auditing services. During her tenure at PwC, she managed a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California Leventhal School of Accounting.

Xin Wan

Chief Technology Officer

Xin Wan has served as our chief technology officer since 2014. Prior to joining us, Xin served as the vice president of the education business unit of Aspire Company of China Mobile from 2010 to 2014 and as channel operation center manager and director in Oriental Standard (Beijing) Talent Service Co., Ltd. from 2007 to 2010. Xin received his master’s degree in software engineering in 2007 and his bachelor’s degree in software engineering in 2004 from Tsinghua University, and his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and English from Dalian University of Technology in 2002.
